The Professional Site Survey & AssessmentEvery membership begins with a Technical Site Survey. We will visit your property to verify the total square footage and assess the current condition of your surfaces. This ensures you are placed on the correct tier—Compact, Family, or Estate—so you never pay for more than you need.2. The Initial Restoration (Level-Setting)If your driveway, patio, or gutters have been neglected for a long period, they may require an Initial Restoration Clean.The Reason: Maintenance plans are designed to keep a clean surface looking perfect. We show up periodically so you don’t have to lift a finger.
SPRING (March/April): The Deep Clean. We tackle your Driveway and solar panels to remove winter moss and algae. For block paving, we include a standard kiln-dried re-sanding to stabilise the surface.
SUMMER (July/August): The Finishing Touches. We clean the secondary area (if on a ‘Plus’ plan or higher) and perform solar panel cleaning for our Premium members to ensure maximum energy efficiency in the sun.
AUTUMN (Oct/Nov): The Winter Prep. Full gutter clearance to prevent leaks and damp. We ensure your pipes are clear of leaves and silt before the heavy rains start.
ALL YEAR ROUND: The Bin Hygiene Service. Every visit, we wash, disinfect, and deodorize your wheelie bins, killing 99% of bacteria and stopping foul odors.
