FAQ's

Do I need to be home when you carry out the work?                                                                                         Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas that need cleaning and your outside tap is turned on, if Gutter Clearing is required, we will require access to 240v for the vacuum, then it is not necessary.

What do you need from me on the day?
Water: For driveway and patio restoration, we require access to a standard working outside garden tap.
Power: For our gutter vacuum and we typically need access to a standard 240v outdoor or indoor power socket.
Access: Please ensure vehicles are moved off the drive and any side gates are unlocked.

Why do you have to come back a second time for block paving?
To do the job properly, we cannot re-sand a driveway while it is wet. We perform the deep clean on day one, and then return on the first available 100% dry day to sweep in the kiln-dried or polymeric sand. This ensures the sand “locks” the blocks correctly and doesn’t just turn into a sludge.

Will the chemicals you use hurt my plants or pets?
Safety is our priority. We use a “Soft-Wash” approach with our chemical treatments (like Sodium Hypochlorite). We thoroughly pre-rinse all surrounding vegetation and post-rinse the area to ensure the treatment is neutralized. We ask that pets and children are kept indoors during the active cleaning process and until the surface is dry.

What is the “Initial Restoration Fee” I’ve heard about?
Our 365 Maintenance Plans are designed to maintain a clean property. If your surfaces haven’t been cleaned in years and are heavily infested with Black Spot or deep oil stains, we charge a one-time upfront fee to bring the property up to a “maintenance-ready” standard. After that, your fixed monthly plan covers everything!

Is the Polymeric Sand worth the extra cost?
Absolutely. Unlike standard kiln-dried sand, Polymeric Sand contains a curing agent that hardens when misted with water. It creates a semi-solid joint that is incredibly resistant to ants, wash-outs, and—most importantly—re-growing weeds. It is included as standard in our Estate (Gold) Plan.
